I created this poster for Fernando Baptista's Workshop held in the Schoonover building at Ohio University. Baptista, a graphic artist at National Geography magazine, inspired me with his illustration style for this poster. I placed the Schoonover building in the center of the poster and depicted Baptista in the form of a giant octopus holding different art supplies and presenting his work to the audience. First, I made the 3D model of this illustration in Cinema 4D and then painted everything with watercolor brushes and pencils. I scanned the hand-drawn piece, manipulated it in Adobe Photoshop, and designed the layout via Adobe Illustrator.
